Put simply, mindfulness is a way of being more present in your life that can lead to greater sense of wellbeing and calmness.
From optimal sitting positions to introductory techniques for shifting the way we relate to thoughts, feelings, stress, anxiety and low moods.
Over the course of this 5-week session, each 45 minute class includes a simple mobilising movement to prepare for a gently guided seated meditation. Plus fundamental meditation theory, time for questions and simple home practice tips.
